The toll-free number is 1-888-230-1452.
Money, Currency & Tipping Guidelines. Please contact your bank ahead of your departure and let them know you will be traveling to Kenya and or Tanzania. If your bank is not informed they may block access to your card while you are there. On this note, there is no need to bring large quantities of cash. There are plenty of ATMS in Nairobi and your guide can always make a stop for you to take out money. We recommend travellers allocate around $400 for souvenirs, tips, etc. For more information on tipping see here.
Pack your bags. Check out the packing list of suggested clothing and other "must-have" items. *Note: It is very important to pack a reusable water bottle & an electrical adapter. During the dry season (June - October) the average high is 75°F with a low of 68°F, it does get chilly please pack accordingly. Then from November to May during the "wet season", the average high is 82°F then it cools down into 70°F. Here is a link to the current temperatures in the Nairobi area.
