Weather & Packing List

Weather:

Baja's coast is blessed with year-round sunshine and warm weather. Between November and March, temperatures will be in the 70s with mornings and evenings dropping to mid 60. Windy conditions are always a factor and could pose a hindrance to the camping adventure.

Suggested Packing List:

Must - Haves:

    • One Refillable water bottle

    • Passport. Must be valid for up to 6 months after your scheduled departure date from Mexico.

    • Small day pack

Clothing:

  • 2 swimsuits

  • Comfortable walking shoes

  • Beach shoes

  • Light-weight walking pants and/or shorts

  • Tee-shirts or similar

  • Polar fleece (cooler at night)

  • Pajamas / long johns

  • Windbreaker

  • Sun shirts

  • Socks and underwear

  • Sunglasses

  • Insect repellent

  • Sun hat

Bath / Personal:

    • Personal medication (if prescription, pack in carry-on luggage)

    • Prescription or over the counter sea sickness pills or patch, if applicable (Dramamine or Bonine)

    • Personal toiletries

    • Coral-friendly sunblock for skin and lips

Other:

    • Small flashlight/headlamp with extra batteries

    • Binoculars

    • Casual but neat clothing for dining out

    • Camera (extra battery pack)

    • Travel alarm clock

    • deodorant, etc.

    • Prescription medications

Camping Considerations:

  • Bring long pants for after sunset to keep any mosquitos at bay

*Laundry service is limited during the trip. We advise that you should bring enough lightweight clothes to avoid having to do laundry during the trip.
