What to expect when you book a trip
We are so excited to have you travel with us! Whether your trip is two months away or two years away, please follow the next steps to ensure you are adequately preparing for your trip!
Welcome Email: Up to 48 hours after you book a trip (it can take longer on Fridays or weekends and holidays), you will receive an email from your Travel Coordinator with important information about your trip.
Passport Entry Form: Click here and upload your valid passport. If you have sent your passport already, no need to do it twice. Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months past the date of travel as that is the requirement of most countries for entry.
Access your trip's page: Click here to find your trip. On each destination page, you will find essential information such as flight instructions, entry requirements, packing list, and more!
Balance - The trip fee is due 30 days after registration (if your trip is coming up soon, different policies may apply). An email will be sent to you via Rezdy, our booking system, with a link to pay the final balance. Arrange Flights: If your trip has been "confirmed" as indicated in your welcome email, you can arrange flights on your own or via our dedicated flight partner. Please make sure to access your trip's "Flight Information" page to see the specific instructions for the destination of your trip.
Dropbox Sign Waiver. You have been emailed a pre-departure waiver via DropBox Sign, please complete this at your earliest convenience.
Visas: Some destinations might require a visa or other entry requirements. Please check the destination page for more information.
Departure: Around 10 days before your trip start date, you will receive the medical insurance, a final version of the trip itinerary, and extra information about your trip. Then, you can schedule a pre-departure call with your Travel Coordinator to ask any last-minute questions.
You can access your trip's page anytime for information such as a packing list, donation ideas for some trips, cultural guidelines, trip extension details, and more.
