We have specific arrival and departure times for your program. Please carefully read below:
Arrival: Arrive at Hanoi Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) on the first day, any time before 3PM;
Departure: Depart from Da Nang International Airport (DAD) at any time on the last day of your trip (hotel checkout is at 12:00pm);
SAIGON EXTENSION: Depart from Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) at any time on the last day of your extension (hotel checkout is at 12:00pm);
After you book your flights, please send the flight itinerary to your Travel Coordinator at claudia@discovercorps.com
Discover Corps recommends that you arrive a day prior to the start date to avoid missing part of the trip in case of any flight cancellations or delays.
Option 1) If you would like to arrive earlier or depart late, we can arrange that for you for an extra cost. Please let your Travel Coordinator know at claudia@discovercorps.com for availability and price.
Option 2) Independent plans:
You can book an early night at the hotel independently
You are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel.
If you choose a different hotel from the recommended one below, please arrange your own transportation to the starting hotel on the first day of the trip. Please inform your Travel Coordinator of your hotel accommodations.
