Egypt: A Journey Down the Nile >>

There are NO required vaccinations or shots for travel to Egypt.  We still recommend: 

1. Consult with your doctor: to ensure that all of your immunizations are up-to-date. 

2. Consult with a local travel clinic: for recommended inoculations for travel to Egypt. Your local travel clinic may have some recommendations specifically for you.

3. Read the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. 

4. Only drink purified water, which will be provided by your Discover Corps team on the ground (so pack your reusable water bottle). This is a preventative measure that helps our travelers stay as healthy as possible. Remember to also take normal sanitary precautions like washing hands regularly and especially before meals.
