Traveling with family, friends, or as a solo traveler is a wonderful way to explore the world —but not all adventures are created equal when it comes to physical effort. When you're planning a trip, it's helpful to understand the physical activity levels of our travel destination. This general guide will help you choose the right activities to suit everyone in your group, including children and older adults. Please keep in mind that if you have health issues, even the activities that we consider easy, could be difficult for you. Some itineraries might have mixed activity levels, please contact our specialist before you book to help you find the best option for you.
Even though some itineraries are in an easier pace, Discover Corps trips are generally active, there are tours scheduled daily and some hands-on activities, depending on the itinerary. You will most likely walk at least 1 mile per day no matter the itinerary. Rest assured that we will take care of the logistics to make this trip as comfortable as possible for you.
