Using your Voucher
If you have money left on your voucher after purchasing your Discover Corps trip, this can be used for the following add-ons and services:
Additional travelers (i.e. – partners, children)
Post-Trip Extensions
Flight to/from your destination (when booked through our partners at Wings Travel)
Post-Departure Travel Insurance specific to trip delay & baggage delay benefits through our partners at Arch RoamRight. IMPORTANT: The portion of your trip purchased with a voucher cannot be insured.
Visas with our partners at G3 Visas & Passports
Anything purchased through our 3rd Party Partners above will be made through your personal debit or credit card. You will then complete the Reimbursement Form to request a reimbursement check for the remaining voucher funds that apply to the purchase. More details can be found below.

Discover Corps' dedicated flight partner for all of our trips is the team at Wings Travel. Their team know all of the flight windows and details for each of the destinations that we work in. Please always make sure that your trip is guaranteed to run before booking any airfare!

Travel Insurance
Your Discover Corps includes medical insurance via CISI (Cultural Insurance Services International). For additional information on how you will be covered under the CISI Medical Insurance, please follow this link here.
Purchasing travel insurance via Arch RoamRight:
Arch Roamright is our partner for travel insurance. However, it is important to note that trip cancellation insurance cannot be purchased to insure vouchers. Only the portion of the trip purchased with your own, non-voucher funds can be insured for trip cancellation coverage.
Any portion of the trip purchased with your voucher cannot be insured since you do not have a pre-paid trip cost to insure. Please enter $0 as your Trip Cost to quote the OnTrip Plus Plan. This plan includes “Post-Departure” and "Trip Delay, Baggage & Baggage Delay" benefits. This plan does not include Trip Cancellation coverage.
If a portion of your trip was purchased without the voucher (i.e. - with your own funds) – you may enter this amount as your Trip Cost to quote the Pro or Pro Plus plan noted above. These two plans include the Post-Departure benefits mentioned above, as well as Trip Cancellation coverage if you have to cancel your trip for a covered reason under the policy.

As a Discover Corps traveler, you may need to apply for a visa or obtain a new passport. Our partnership with G3 Visas & Passports can simplify this process and reduce any related stress. If you're a U.S. citizen needing assistance with obtaining a new passport, we recommend using G3 Visas & Passports for reliable service.
Reimbursement
If using a third-party vendor like Wings Travel or G3 Visas & Passports, please fill out the reimbursement form below. Please allow up to two weeks for your reimbursement check to arrive. The voucher will always cover the cost of the Discover Corps trip as the primary expense.
