Flight Information and Early Arrivals

We have very specific arrival and departure times for your program. Please carefully read below and call us with any questions.
Arrive at the Gold Coast Airport (OOL) anytime on the first day of the trip.
Depart from Cairns Airport (CNS) on the last day of the trip between 12:00pm-6:00pm.
We highly recommend arriving a day early to avoid any flight interruptions or cancellations. See Early Arrivals/Late Departures below for hotel details.

Early Arrival/Late Departure
Discover Corps recommends that you arrive a day prior to the start date to avoid missing part of the trip in case of any flight delays or cancellations. Please note that if you decide to arrive earlier:
You can book an early night at the hotel directly.
You are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel.
We can arrange to pick you up at your hotel in Gold Coast on the first day of the itinerary. Please let your Travel Coordinator know where you will be staying.
