We have specific arrival and departure times for your program. Please carefully read below and call us with any questions.
If you are planning to arrive on the first scheduled day and depart on the last scheduled day of the trip:
Arrival: Fly into Guatemala City La Aurora International Airport (GUA) between 9am-2pm on the first day.
Departure: Fly out of Guatemala City La Aurora International Airport (GUA) between 2pm-10pm on the last day.
Please note that if you decide to arrive earlier:
You can book an early night at the hotel directly.
You are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. It is about an hour and a half drive to Antigua.
If you plan to arrive before the trip start date or stay extra days, and need help with booking a hotel and airport transportation, our partner Wings Travel can assist you.
