We have very specific arrival and departure times for your program. Please carefully read below and call us with any questions.
For those on the Bali - Island of Inspiration trip:
Arrival and Departure Airport: Bali Denpasar International Airport (DPS)
Arrival: Please arrive by 3:00 PM on Day 1* of the program.
Departure Time: You may fly out at any time on the final day of the trip.
Extension: Same as above
*We highly recommend arriving a day early to avoid issues in case of flight interruptions or cancellations. See Early Arrivals/Late Departures below for hotel details.

Get a quote by Email: Email is the preferred method of communication to ensure accuracy on the request. You can email our designated staff at discovercorps@wings.travel with the booking details provided, and they will be in touch with the next steps to confirm your request for flights.

Please note that calls received after 3pm and before 6am PST will be acknowledged and sent to the designated team for action the next business day.
Please have the following in hand when you are booking your flights:
Confirmation Number provided on your order form (this is required to book travel) - 6-digit alphanumeric code
Exact trip name from your order form
Arrival and departure dates (including any extensions that you are taking)
Arrival and departure airports
Confirmation that your trip is guaranteed to run
Discover Corps recommends that you arrive a day prior to the start date to avoid missing part of the trip in case of any flight cancellations or delays. Please note that if you decide to arrive earlier:
You can book an early night at the hotel directly.
You are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel.
If you choose a different hotel from the recommended one below, please arrange your own transportation to the starting hotel on the first day of the trip. Please inform your Travel Coordinator of your hotel accommodations.

If you plan to arrive before the trip start date or stay extra days, and need help with booking a hotel and airport transportation, our partner Wings Travel can assist you.
