We have very specific arrival and departure requirements for your program. Please carefully read below and call us with any questions.

Early Arrival/Late Departure

Discover Corps recommends that you arrive a day prior to avoid any flight delays or cancellations. If you decide to arrive a day prior to the trip start date, you can book an early night at the hotel directly. If you arrive outside of the Discover Corps program, you are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. 

The preferred hotel closest to the SJO Airport: The Adventure Inn, San Jose. This hotel offers a free airport shuttle service.

 If you'd prefer to stay at the same hotel we will be at for the first two nights, you can book directly through Xandari. 

If you plan to arrive early or depart late, please complete this form here with your arrangements. 


If you plan to arrive before the trip start date or stay extra days, and need help with booking a hotel and airport transportation, our partner Wings Travel can assist you.
