We have very specific arrival and departure requirements for your program. Please carefully read below and call us with any questions.
Fly into and out of Liberia International Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica (airport code LIR)
Arrive on the trip start date anytime before 4:30pm (Please Note: There is a group welcome dinner the first night around 6 pm)
Depart on the trip end date before 4:00 pm (Please Note: Everyone will return to the airport at the same time )
Discover Corps recommends that you arrive a day prior to avoid any flight delays or cancellations. If you decide to arrive a day prior to the trip start date, you can book an early night at the hotel directly. If you arrive outside of the Discover Corps program, you are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel. This is where we'll be staying for the first night in Liberia. We can request that you be in the same room but we cannot guarantee it.
The preferred hotel closest to the LIR Airport: The Hilton Garden Inn, Liberia.
Please advise your Travel Coordinator of any early arrival reservations.
