Dora Conde was born and raised in Oaxaca de Juárez. Trained as an art historian, she eventually found her way into becoming a tour guide. She has worked on socially responsible tourism projects, as well as art-education initiatives for vulnerable groups. Her main interests revolve around art, crafts, and cultural outreach. Dora is especially passionate about connecting historical knowledge with everyday life, making local traditions, food, and crafts accessible and meaningful to visitors. Committed to culturally sensitive and community-centered practices, she designs thoughtful routes, culinary stops, and art experiences that reflect the rhythm of real life in Oaxaca, allowing travelers to experience her city and state just as any local would.
