In June, Morocco transitions into summer warmth, offering a mix of sunny days and coastal breezes. Essaouira remains very comfortable due to its Atlantic location, with refreshing winds and mild temperatures ranging from 70°F to 75°F (21–24°C). Marrakech experiences much hotter conditions, with daytime highs often reaching the low 90s°F (32–34°C), though low humidity and cooler evenings provide relief. June is ideal for those who enjoy the sun, provided you plan outdoor activities for the morning or late afternoon. Before your trip, please check the weather predictions for the cities you will visit.

Tips:
As you pack your clothes, you should consider the country's culture. Morocco is a conservative country, so you might want to dress modestly, covering your knees and shoulders at all times. You will rarely see any man wearing shorts in Morocco, so this is recommended no matter your gender.
Casual clothes are the way to go. For women, we also suggest a long dress and a scarf in case any private concerts require that dress code.
Essaouira can be chilly and windy at nighttime, so a warm cardigan, sweater, or warm scarf would be recommended.
