We have specific arrival and departure times for your program. Please carefully read below and call us with any questions.
If you are planning to arrive on the first scheduled day and depart on the last scheduled day of the trip:
Arrival: Fly into Athens International Airport, Eleftherios Venizelos (ATH) anytime before 4pm on the first day.
Departure: Fly out of Depart from Heraklion International Airport (HER) anytime on the last day of the trip.
Please note that if you decide to arrive earlier:
You can book an early night at the hotel directly.
You are responsible for the transfer from the airport to the hotel.
If you prefer to not have to move hotels on day 1, you can book with Elia Ermou Hotel. This is where we will be staying for the first three nights.
If you plan to arrive before the trip start date or stay extra days, and need help with booking a hotel and airport transportation, our partner Ask Ros, She Travels can assist you. Please note, you do not need to book flights with them to use the hotel and airport transfer service.
