The Trip Hub is your personalized hub for all trip-related details. There, you will be able to safely upload your flights, passport, make payments and check if you are all set for your trip.
Once you register for the trip, the main contact for the booking should receive an email with a link to create an account (one account per booking). You should use the same e-mail that you used to book the trip and create a password.
The Trip Hub is a new platform, therefore some travelers who booked the trip a short while ago may not have received the link to access it. Rest assured that your Travel Coordinator is still managing all information necessary for your trip and will request if any documents needed from you.
